"Like most of Southeastern Michigan, we are struggling to maintain our downtown and bring jobs to our city. We are excited to work with the state and private developers to turn this former eyesore in downtown Northville into an exciting restaurant which will employ 22 people and enhance the quality of life for our residents," Sullivan said.
