"Residents who are unable to attend my regular office hours can easily get their voices heard in this convenient tele-town hall format," said Heise, R-Plymouth.  "It's a great way for people to talk directly with me, ask any questions or get feedback on the latest issues in Lansing."

Constituents of Heise's district also will be contacted by phone prior to the beginning of the event and given the option to participate through tele-conference, which is expected to last approximately one hour. Listeners who wish to ask a question will be connected to a moderator who will put them in line to talk to Heise.
