New to Northville Patch: Widgets

You may have noticed that the widgets are here! But what the heck is a widget?

This tool, the widget, is a running feed of our latest Northville Patch headlines.

The two coolest things about it, in my opinion, are: 1) it's a completely free resource and 2) as soon as a new headline goes up on our website, it will go up in the widget.

This is all a part of our effort to keep the community informed around the clock. Your website's content will be enhanced by the convenience of having Northville news that is constantly updated.

If you have a website, whether it is a blog or any other kind of web page, this is a great way to keep up with local happenings.

To get started, visit our widgets page. Then, just copy and paste the provided widget code to your website. Then you're all set.

You can also customize the kind of news you want to receive in your widget. If you're more into sports than business, you can choose to omit the latter. If you want to keep up on the arts but aren't so interested in our opinion pieces, you can select the former. The Northville Patch news that posts to the widget is really at your discretion.
