Northville Civic Concern Extends Thanks to the Community
The local food bank says it had its largest Christmas celebrations ever thanks to your donations.

In this letter to the community, the Northville Civic Concern thanks everyone who donated to support the food bank's Christmas celebrations:
On December 7th, we had one of our largest Christmas celebrations ever. Because of your generosity, every client was presented with gifts for themselves and their immediate families. Individuals and groups from the schools, churches, neighborhoods, and clubs joined together to decorate, bake, entertain and assist those in attendance, making the holiday happier for our many clients. Whether you adopted a family or made a monetary or food donation, your generosity is appreciated.
A special thank you is sent out to the "Cookie Elves" for their baking and cookie donations. Every client took home a selection of the wonderful treats. We were able to pack almost 200 packages of delicious goodies.

The “Simply Give” program at the Northville Meijer (8 Mile & Haggerty) continues through the first of the year. The purchase of a $10 donation card at each register directly benefits our organization. Please look for the display boards near the cash registers.
Northville Civic Concern will be providing complimentary gift wrapping of your Barnes and Noble (6 Mile & Haggerty) purchases on December 21st. We will be allowed to accept cash and food donations on those days at this store.
