Northville Man Accused of Holding Woman Against Will in His Truck

The 41-year-old man faces three felony charges, including first-degree criminal sex act.

A Northville man has been charged with three felonies after police found a missing 22-year-old woman inside his truck in upstate New York, according to an article in the Oakland Press.

Dale Alan Houchins, 41, has been charged with first-degree criminal sex act, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and first-degree unlawful imprisonment, according to the article.

According to an article in the Democrat and Chronicle, police found the missing Illinois woman in Houchins' parked tractor trailer. The article says the two met on the Internet and originally had a consensual relationship, but then Houchins reportedly held the woman against her will and forced her to perform sexual acts.

Houchins is being held on $250,000 bail.
