Northville Man Wins $7K on Jeopardy! This Week

Varun Shekhar, of Northville, was a contestant on the Wednesday evening segment of the quiz show Jeopardy!

Shekhar was in last place as the contestants headed into the Final Jeopardy! round. Lucky for him, all three contestants answered incorrectly and his wager kept him in the lead with $7,199, according to an analysis on The Final Wager.

The Final Jeopardy! clue, in the category "Children's Literature," was: Joy, Nellie & Aranea are 3 of the many children of this title character. The answer: Who is Charlotte from Charlotte's Web?
