OCHN seeks survey input for upcoming Annual Plan and Budget
In order to offer the most valuable, evidence based and trauma informed services, OCHN issues a survey to get feedback from the community.

In order to offer the most valuable, evidenced based and trauma informed services, each year Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) issues a survey seeking input to help draft its upcoming Annual Plan and Budget.
This survey is sent to those receiving services; family members and advocates; community agencies; and is posted on OCHN's website. Data is also gathered from other venues such as town hall meetings or visits to community service sites.
OCHN leads a provider service network that assists approximately 25,800 Oakland county citizens, as well as manages a $300 million dollar budget. This budget provides funding for more than 300 sites.

OCHN’s Annual Plan and Budget includes numerous Goals and Objectives designed to assist people who receive public mental health services in attaining their life aspirations.
Included in the survey are questions geared toward how the organization can better serve its community. Such issues include advocacy efforts, budgeting, community needs, effectiveness of services for individuals, provider feedback, and if the needs of family members or friends receiving services are being met.

By answering the survey, the individuals which OCHN serves can have an impact on what they would like the organization to focus on in the next year.
Support of this important planning process through completing OCHN's FY18 Service Delivery Feedback survey is greatly appreciated, as the input received will help to better serve the community.
The survey can be found in the rotating banner on the OCHN website, www.oaklandchn.org, and will be closing at the end of August.
