Rep. Noble takes Polar Plunge for Special Olympics

State Rep. Jeff Noble today participated in the seventh annual legislative Polar Plunge on the Capitol lawn. This was his second year participating. All donated funds support year-round sports training and athletic competitions for more than 23,000 adults and children with intellectual disabilities in Michigan.
