Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza Signs Lease in Novi

Blaze Pizza will soon open a location across from Novi Town Center at 26401 Novi Road.

The new 62-seat build-your-own artisan pizza restaurant is scheduled to open in mid-November with an outdoor patio for afternoon and evening dining. 

The Novi restaurant is part of a plan to build 10 Blaze Pizzas in metro-Detroit and throughout Michigan. Pasadena-based Blaze Pizza currently has approximately 20 restaurant locations throughout the country.

“I am thrilled to have this opportunity to take the years I’ve spent developing my dough recipe and now bring it to a broader audience,” said Executive Chef Brad Kent, a.k.a. The Pizza Whisperer.  “For me, a good pizza begins and ends with the crust.  I am really looking forward to introducing the Novi community to Blaze.”

Blaze Pizza uses an assembly line format to create artisan pizzas for only $6.95. Guests watch as they travel down an assembly line to create a signature pizza or design one of their own choosing from over 40 toppings. 

Using a blazing-hot oven, pizzas are ready in a scant 120 seconds.

Blaze Pizza’s offers offers gluten-free dough and vegan cheese, as well as signature salads, fresh lemonades and house-made S’more Pies.
