Letter to the Editor: L. Brooks Patterson Supports Re-Election of Mayor Gatt

To the Editor:

Mayor Bob Gatt is my employee, my supporter and my friend. He is a true professional with great Leadership skills. He is the kind of man who has the experience and knowledge to lead Novi’s growth and prosperity into the 21st Century.

Bob Gatt is running for re-election for another 2-year term as Novi’s Mayor. The election is on November 5, 2013. I’m supporting Bob Gatt, and I hope you do too.

Bob Gatt has served Novi with distinction for more than 30 years, most recently as a councilman and mayor pro-tem before becoming your Mayor two years ago. He’s the experienced leader Novi needs to ensure that it remains one of Michigan’s premiere communities to work, to raise a family and to retire.

Bob also is a distinguished Department Head in Oakland County. I’m excited that Oakland County’s government has earned respect from Wall Street for its sound financial policies by attaining and maintaining a coveted AAA bond rating, which only 34 of the nation’s 3,200 counties have received. Bob’s one of many employees who has worked hard to make Oakland County financially sound.

I’m proud to endorse Bob Gatt for another term as Novi’s Mayor. He’s earned your vote!

Bob’s done the same outstanding job as your Novi Mayor, and you need to keep the momentum going! Please vote for Bob Gatt for Novi Mayor on November 5.
