Livonia Financial Firm Joins Wreaths Across America Initiative

Livonia financial firm, McKague Financial, has joined the Wreaths Across America holiday initiative to lay 40,000 wreaths at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, MI. This year, McKague Financial is again matching wreath donations made through the firm (up to 250 donations) to ensure each veteran gravesite is covered with a wreath. This is the seventh year that McKague Financial has participated in Wreaths Across America, and the fourth year they’re partnering with the organization and matching donations.

“This is an initiative that we as a firm look forward to participating in each year,” said Gina McKague, president of McKague Financial. “This is just yet another way to help remember and honor our veterans, so we’re hoping that the community will get involved and help us reach the goal of 40,000 wreaths.”

The team at McKague Financial will volunteer on Saturday, December 14 for National Wreaths Across America Day in which wreaths donated will be placed on the gravesites at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Individuals who donate through McKague Financial can also request the wreath they donate be put on a specific gravesite. Those interested in donating a wreath through McKague Financial can visit the donation site here. As of December 3, Great Lakes National Cemetery was still in need of 29,133 wreaths.
