Novi Fire Department Promotes Jeffery Lachman To Fire Lieutenant

NOVI, MI- Jeffery Lachman started his career with the Novi Fire Department as an on call firefighter in 1997. On the 20th anniversary of his start date, Lachman was promoted to the position of Fire Lieutenant.

Lachman had earned the position after coming out on top of a competitive process, he now fills an important position of leadership that had been vacated due to retirements in his department.

David E. Molloy, The Director of Public Safety/ Chief of Police spoke praises about Lachman. "We are extremely proud of the hard work, dedication, and leadership Jeffery has exhibited and what he has accomplished so far in his career. "
