Novi's Home Values on the Rise

Home values have gone up in most Novi neighborhoods this year, according to the City of Novi Assessing Department.

The city released information in its recent e-newsletter.

The newsletter states that values continued to recover for residential properties last year, resulting in an increase for most homes in the 2013 assessments.

"A number of factors attributed to Novi's ability to weather the recent property value and housing troubles, including the relatively young age of the community - residential and commercial, easily accessible location, room for continued growth, quality schools and responsible leadership," the newsletter states.
