Novi Woman, 37, Found Dead In Home, Police Seek Her Boyfriend
The woman's 34-year-old boyfriend has been identified as a person of interest in the death.

NOVI, MI – Police are searching for a 34-year-old man in connection to the death of a 37-year-old Novi woman. Police were called to the woman's home in the 26000-block of Indiana Avenue in the Novi Meadows neighborhood on Monday morning.
Police entered the woman's home and found her on the floor. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Police have not identified the woman. Her cause of death has not been determined.
According to police, the woman's death appears to be "domestic in nature."

Police are seeking Jay Allen Burnett, the woman's boyfriend, as a person of interest in the case. Burnett was last seen driving a 2005 silver Cadillac DeVille with a Michigan license plate, number BZZ 7808.
Novi police detectives and Michigan State Police crime scene technicians continue to investigate the case. The Oakland County Medical Examiner’s Office is expected to rule on her cause of death.
