Sunny Weekend Ahead For Novi

NOVI, MI — The first weekend of December is often an iffy proposition in southeast Michigan. Rain. Snow. Sunshine. You never know what you’re going to get.

Fortunately, the National Weather Service is calling for a beautiful weekend with plenty of sun and highs in the upper 40s. Here’s a closer look at the forecast:

Friday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 45. Calm wind becoming southwest around 5 mph. Friday NightMostly cloudy, with a low around 34. South southwest wind 3 to 5 mph.

Saturday: Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 48. South southwest wind 5 to 9 mph. Saturday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 34. West wind 5 to 7 mph.

Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 47. Sunday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 36.

Temperatures will stay mild on Monday with a predicted high of 51 degrees. There will be a chance for showers, however.
