"I am deeply disturbed by an incident last night where a woman pointed a cocked gun at another woman during an argument," he said in the statement. "This behavior is unacceptable. I wholly expect the prosecutor to bring charges that reflect the severity of the incident."

Police said two group of people had both called 911 on each other related to threats involving a gun as well as physical violence. Police said that based on the 911 calls, a man and a woman, both armed with guns, had been pointing them at three women in the parking lot. Investigation revealed that the incident began after the people in the groups bumped into each other while entering and exiting the Chipotle, police said.
The man and woman told dispatchers they feared for their lives following threatening comments made to them, police said. After the couple said they had been threatened, they pointed guns at the woman and her two daughters, according to police.
When deputies arrived they confiscated the guns from the couple, who both had concealed pistol licenses, police said.
Deputies said that after further investigation, Oakland County Prosecutors reviewed police reports and footage of the incident that went viral on social media.
