Landfill Smell? Question from a Potential Homebuyer

Hi There,

I'm considering a new home at Squirrel and Dutton, but realized this is about 1.5 miles from the Republic Landfill by the Palace of Auburn Hills.

Does anyone know if the landfill smell reaches this far?
