National Acts Headline Arts, Beats and Eats Street Festival

The music lineup for this the 18th Annual Art, Beats and Eats Labor Day street festival in downtown Royal Oak has something for everyone, whether you’re a classic rock, country or local indie scene fan.

The main stage lineup includes Cheap Trick and the Guess Who from the classic rock era; hip-hop/rappers Salt-N-Pepa and the Gin Blossoms from the late ‘80s and early ‘90s; country artists Kip Moore, James Otto and Lucy Angel; rockers Young the Giant, Puddle of Mudd and Neon Trees; and the Beatlemania tribute band.
Lots of local acts are among the more than 200 acts performing during the four-day Labor Day Weekend festival that draws tens of thousands of visitors to downtown Royal Oak.

Arts, Beats and Eats runs from 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Sept. 4-6, and 11:30 a.m-9 p.m. Sept. 7 in downtown Royal Oak. Admissions is $3 until 3 p.m., and $5 after 3 p.m. Admissions is free until 5 p.m. on Sept. 4.

- 8 p.m.: Cheap Trick
- 10:15 p.m.: Puddle of Mudd
Saturday, Sept. 5
- 11 a.m.: Priority Health Zumbathon® Celebration
- 5 p.m.: Stewart Francke
- 6:15 p.m.: Big Pappa & The Machine
- 7:30 p.m.: Sean Forbes
- 8:15 p.m.: Gin Blossoms
- 10 p.m.: Neon Trees
Sunday, Sept. 6
- 4:45 p.m.: Lucy Angel
- 5:45 p.m.: James Otto
- 7 p.m.: Kip Moore
