ORION TWP., MI — The Oakland County Sheriff's Office is seeking information on a pair of armed robberies that took place this week.

The sheriff's office said it is investigating an armed robbery at an Orion Township Walgreens from Tuesday night while Lake Orion police are investigating an armed robbery at a Walgreens in the village of Lake Orion. Police said an undetermined amount of cash was taken in both robberies.

The Tuesday armed robbery in Orion Township took place around 7:39 p.m. at the Walgreens at 3520 S. Baldwin Road, police said. The same suspect is believed to be responsible for an armed robbery at the Walgreens at 450 N. Park Blvd. in Lake Orion as well, police said.

The suspect was described by police as a Black man in his 20s wearing a black hoodie, black jeans with holes, black high-top basketball shoes and a blue mask over his face.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) SPEAK-UP. There is a $1,000 reward, police said.
