Special Underwater Quest to bring Aquatic Fun to LEGOLAND®
Traveling display opens to the public on March 30 at Great Lakes Crossing Outlets
Families will be submerged in an underwater realm at LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Michigan’s new Underwater Quest play area inside the attraction. Opening to the public on Friday, March 30, the new exhibit will bring an unforgettable quest to engage in the creation of magical underwater creatures in a unique themed LEGO play experience.
“We are so excited to bring this adventure to LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Michigan, where children can come face-to-face with a treasure-hunting LEGO octopus as they build on the interactive coral reef,” said Hayley Anderson, general manager for LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan. “Families with children of all ages will enjoy exploring our new Underwater Quest play area and discover the depths of their imagination in a LEGO world beneath the waves.”
Children will have the opportunity to build on a rocky seabed table and add animated water, bubbles and swimming creatures to the coral reef landscape which is intertwined with the twisting tentacles of an octopus. Guests can complete the LEGO seascape by building coral, sea creatures, submarines, sunken treasures and more, as well as venture through the seaweed jungle.
