You nominated. You voted. Here is the winning name of the Fire & Ice mascot.

Patters is the name of the penguin who presided over the weekend's Fire & Ice Festival in downtown Rochester.

Among hundreds of nominees for a name for the festival's first-ever mascot, three finalists were chosen: Patters, Pete and Rocky.

Festivalgoers voted on Friday and Saturday for which name they liked best, and a winner was declared Saturday night.
