Car Stuck on Pedestrian Bridge Yields Drug Arrest at Park

Rochester Police responded Nov. 20 to the Community House parking lot on Ludlow for a report of a vehicle driving in Rochester Municipal Park that was stuck in a pedestrian bridge just north of the parking lot on Ludlow, according to the department.

According to police, an officer spoke with the driver, an 18-year-old Rochester Hills man, who told police he was trying to get to the parking lot at the Community House and took a wrong turn. 

Police found, however, that the driver was operating with a suspended license and was found to be in possession of drugs. He was arrested and taken to the police station.
