City Of Rochester Announces Free Parking At City Parking Decks And At Meters Till April 5
The City will forgo collecting hourly fees at public decks, metered parking lots, and metered street parking.

Effective at Noon today (3/20/20), the City will suspend parking collections through April 5. The City will forgo collecting hourly fees at public decks, metered parking lots, and metered street parking. This should allow easier access to businesses.
