The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched Jan. 13 to the area of Brewster Road just north of Rancroft Beat  in Rochester Hills for a report of an injured deer in the road.
According to the department, the deer was unable to walk, so a Sheriff’s deputy killed the deer with his duty handgun.
