The Rochester/Auburn Hills Community Coalition is sponsoring "A Parent's Toolbox to Understanding Teen Substance Use" presented by Tobi Russell, Rochester Hills Counseling, LLC,  Tuesday, Oct. 9, 7 p.m. at the 52-3 District Courthouse on Barclay Circle.
