Happy St. Patrick's Day, Rochester: Here's Where to Celebrate Today

• O'Connor's Public House:  The celebration begins at 7 a.m.; breakfast (including eggs, bacon and corned beef hash) is served until 10 a.m. There will be two stages, six local bands, four bars and complimentary limousine services. Cover is $10.
• Rochester Mills Beer Company: Doors open 8 a.m. Breakfast Burritos will start off a day of food and drink specials at the downtown Rochester brewery. Live music from Hidden Agenda and The Remedy. No cover.
• Penny Black: Doors open at 9 a.m. Heated patio bar opens at noon. $2 sliders all day (bacon, egg and cheese; corned beef; pulled pork). $4 Green PBR draft pints. DJs starting at noon. No cover. 
• Bar Louie: From 7 to 11 a.m. the sports bar will host its Kegs & Eggs party, which includes all-you-can-drink green beer, a breakfast buffet and a green t-shirt for $10. Drink specials include $3 green beer, $6 Irish car bombs.
• The Hills Bar & Grill: Doors open at 7 a.m., when the day begins with $1 green pints; the price goes up 50 cents every hour until noon (when it hits $3.50. Irish stew; corned beef and cabbage. No cover.
• Mr. B's: Breakfast buffet is $2.99, from 10 am to noon. No cover.
• Grand Tavern: 50 cent green beer starting at 10 a.m. Corn Beef & Cabbage for $8. Rueben Sandwich for $5.
• CK Diggs: Closed.
• Rockin' Cupcakes: Stop by for a special "Drunken Lullaby" cupcake — owners describe it as an "Irish Car Bomb in cupcake form."
• Holy Cannoli's: You can get a special Shamrock Whoopie Pie at the downtown Rochester shop.
