MICHIGAN — While New York City and Chicago are busy squabbling about which city makes the best pizza around, Michiganders have their own top-notch slice, free of state-and-state rivalry.

The best pizza in Michigan can be found in Lansing, despite the joint's name — Detroit Frankie's Wood Fired Brick Oven. That's according to a recent MSN posting, part of their compiled list of the best pizza in every state.

Frankie's doesn't offer pre-designed pizzas. The menu allows for customers to choose 12- or 16-inch pizzas and their own toppings.
