Innovation Park Gets Big Boost From Rochester Hills Business

Park of the donation will be used for safety features and the rest to develop what used to be known as Riverbend Park.

ROCHESTER HILLS, MI – Innovation Park, formerly known as Riverbend Park, will continue to be redeveloped after a $31,000 donation from Hamlin Tool & Machine. Company President Pat Pihajlic called the park “a great asset” for the community and he’s honored to “help revolutionize recreation in our community.”

The company’s donation includes $3,000 that will be earmarked to buy collapsible safety cones to be used for the Department of Public Services and the Oakland County Sherriff’s Office. The rest of the donation will be used to develop the park and create opportunities for community engagement through park programs.
