Need a Good Book? There Will Be Thousands At Library Winter Book Sale
More than 35,000 used books, along with CDs and DVDs, will be for sale at the Rochester Hills Public Library starting today.

It's that time of year again: the Winter Used Book Sale at the Rochester Hills Public Library.
The Friends of the Rochester Hills Public Library organization normally hosts three large used book sales a year; this is the first. Each sale generates about $20,000 for the library. That money supports programs and equipment at the library.Â
Organizers say there are more than 35,000 used items in many different categories ready to be perused and sold.
