No Relief for Man Peeing in Public as Police Dribble Up Citation

A Clarkston man found out the hard way Sunday it sometimes it pays to just hold it a little while longer when Rochester Police caught him in the act of relieving himself in public.

The 26-year-old man had been roughhousing with a group of acquaintances Sunday near Third and Pine streets in Rochester when a Rochester Police officer saw the man separate himself from the group and run toward a Jeep parked nearby. The officer approached the vehicle and saw the man was urinating alongside the Jeep. According to the department, a steaming puddle had also formed near the man's feet. 

Police released the man with a citation for urinating in public.
