Franchisees of Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt are already looking to open a few more stores just months after securing their first location in Rochester Hills.
Owners Mario Santoro and his wife, Marisa, decided to bring Orange Leaf to Rochester Hills because they believed the brand fit well with the community.
“The City Walk plaza is surrounded by schools, great businesses and families that want to stay healthy and have fun,” Mario Santoro said. “Our store provides more than 30 seats inside and 20 outside for those who want to enjoy the weather with our delicious frozen yogurt.”

“It has always been my dream to own and operate my own frozen yogurt store, and Orange Leaf is allowing me to live out that dream,” Marisa Santoro explained. “We are definitely looking at opening a few more stores in the next few years.”
The couple who have three children all under three years old said their commitment to opening a few more stores was a forgone conclusion because their values of family and community are aligned with the values of the brand.
“Orange Leaf’s values of community, family and giving back makes it easy for us to commit to the growth the brand,” Marisa Santoro said. “This is what it is all about; giving back to the communities where we operate.”
The Santoros' store in Rochester Hills features an 11-by-6-foot mural that has become popular with local patrons. The store is currently offering winter flavors, to-go items, froyo cookies, as well as a bounty of traditional and non-traditional flavors.
The Santoros are inviting the people of Rochester Hills and surrounding communities to come check out the store.
