Rochester Hills' 'A Taste of Europe Crepes' A Hit
Dinners on the review site Yelp rate A Taste of Europe Crepes as a four-star establishment.
ROCHESTER HILLS, MI — If you’re looking to get your Sunday off to an excellent start, A Taste of Europe Crepes might be a good option. At least that’s the opinion of reviewers on Yelp.
The restaurant, located at 119 W. Auburn Road, ranks four stars out of five after 49 reviews. Noted for its variety of crepes, including dessert, breakfast and the “lean machine,” gets high marks on the quality of its offerings.
“I had the tiramisu crepe and my mom had the lean machine,” wrote Anna C in a five-star Sept. 14 review on Yelp. “I asked to have Nutella instead of the cocoa drizzle for my crepe, which the woman taking my order seemed a bit hesitant about (since it's a pretty strange request, but I was craving Nutella at the time lol) but she was generous enough to substitute it for me anyhow, which was awesome.”

A number of savory crepes start at $9.95 and include the Hamazing, Philly Cheese Steak, Gyro and Roast Beef. Among dessert offerings are the carmel apple, the “Sweet Grandma,” a concoction of nutella and other ingredients, and the PB & J.
“Sweet mother of lacy pancakes, the miracle of batter poured onto a round griddle makes my very heart sing,” wrote Heather J of Berkley in a June 14 review. She gave the restaurant four stars. “The decadence of a golden, thin crepe wrapped around ingredients warmed by the radiant heat gives me chills writing this review. If you've ever personally eaten this beloved French street food, you know the express pleasure I'm talking about.”
A Taste of Europe Crepes is open Tuesday - Thursday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday-Saturday hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
