Rochester Man Sentenced to 34 Months in Prison After Jury Tampering

Marcus Little, 51,  was convicted in September 2013 of endeavoring to influence a juror and making a false statement to a federal agent.

Little was an observer at the trial of three defendants charged with defrauding $7 million from financial institutions in May 2011, reports The Federal Bureau of Investigation.

During the trail Little drove to a jurors house to convince him to vote in the defendants favor.

The incident was reported by the juror.

During the investigation that followed, Little lied to investigators.

The lies helped FBI and U.S. Marshals agents determine that Little was guilty of trying to influence the juror.
