Rochester Man Sentenced to 34 Months in Prison After Jury Tampering

Marcus Little, 51,  was convicted in September 2013 of endeavoring to influence a juror and making a false statement to a federal agent.

Little was an observer at the trial of three defendants charged with defrauding $7 million from financial institutions in May 2011, reports The Federal Bureau of Investigation.

During the trail Little drove to a jurors house to convince him to vote in the defendants favor.
