Rochester Police responded Aug. 6 to the 200 block of First Street for a report of a man and woman arguing and throwing items in an upstairs apartment, according to a police report.
Police met up with a 37-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman at the scene and while questioning the woman, saw her throw a white object out the window, the report indicated. An officer retrieved the item, which was determined to be rock cocaine. Police arrested the woman on a charge of possession of dangerous drugs.
Police also recovered rock cocaine from the man, who also was arrested on the same charge.

Oakland County's Narcotics Enforcement Team was called to the scene and took over the case for further investigation into additional charges.
