Rochester Police to Accept Unwanted Prescription Drugs on Saturday

Citizens can bring unwanted prescription drugs to the Rochester Police Department on Saturday, Oct. 26—no questions asked.

The Rochester Police Department will partner with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to take back unwanted prescription drugs this Saturday, Oct. 26. 

This event is aimed at preventing pill abuse and theft by ridding one's home of potentially dangerous expired, unused and unwanted prescription drugs. 

Citizens may bring medications for disposal to the Rochester Police Department, 400 Sixth Street, Rochester, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26.
