Rochester PRIDE Event Set For Sunday
Local groups have scheduled a parade and other events in downtown Rochester Sunday.
ROCHESTER, MI — More than 10 local organizations are partnering for a PRIDE event Sunday in Rochester.
The event is scheduled for 1-3 p.m. at Municipal Park downtown and aims to raise money for Affirmations Detroit LGBTQ+ Community Center.

- 1 p.m. - People can meet at the Municipal Park in downtown Rochester
- 1:15-1:30 p.m. - LGBTQ speakers will discuss the importance of acknowledging and celebrating the LGBTQ community
- 1:30-2 p.m. - A PRIDE march will take place in downtown Rochester
- 2-2:15 p.m. - Community leaders are scheduled to speak about PRIDE month
- 2:15-3 p.m. - A series of events are scheduled to take place in downtown Rochester
