In preparation for the rain and warmer weather forecasted for the weekend, the City of Rochester Department of Public Works is focused on re-plowing streets, with attention to areas near storm sewers, according to the city.
According to the city, the re-plowing will assist in proper drainage and keep the streets free of standing water as the snow melts this weekend.Â
Because of the re-plowing efforts, snow and slush could be pushed onto sidewalks and into driveway aprons that have already been cleared.
