Wednesday Classes Canceled at Rochester, Avondale Districts
Classes canceled for third straight day throughout Rochester.
For a third straight day, classes are canceled across Rochester and the neighboring Avondale district.
Rochester Community Schools announced Tuesday it will be closed Wednesday due to icy, snow-covered roads and potentially dangerous temperatures. All evening activities are canceled, as well.
Also citing road conditions and icy temperatures, Avondale called off its Wednesday classes on Tuesday.
Here is a full list of area schools that have announced closures as of 11:55 p.m. Tuesday:

- Holy Family Regional North
- Holy Family Regional South
- Living Word Lutheran
- Lutheran High NW
- Oakland Steiner School

- St. John Lutheran-Rochester
