Whole Foods Market Gets Amazon Pop-Up Store
The Rochester Hills Whole Foods Market will have Amazon electronics available. Find out when.

ROCHESTER HILLS, MI — A loaf of bread. Organic fruits and vegetables. Amazon Echo and Kindle. What do all of these items have in common? If you answered Whole Foods Market, you’re right.
Starting Monday, Rochester Hills shoppers can try out one of Amazon’s many electronic devices when a Pop-Up Store opens in the Walton Road Whole Foods Market. The all-new Amazon Echo, Echo Dot, Fire TV, Kindle e-readers, Fire tablets will be available for a test-spin or purchase.
Amazon bought Whole Foods in August for $13.7 billion. The company is adding Pop-Up stores to five of the grocery stores nationwide and making their electronic products available in 100 total stores.

Amazon describe the additions as, “collaborative programs (that) are another step forward in the integration between the companies.” Amazon said in a news release. “Whole Foods Market and Amazon will together continue innovating to provide customers with a great shopping experience, in-store offerings, and lower prices.”
The Rochester Hills Amazon Pop-Up Store will be its third in Michigan.The company operates one at Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi and a third at Great Lakes Crossing in Auburn Hills.
