Main Street Restaurant's Window Smashed By Patron: Police
Royal Oak Police said a patron threw a bottle at the window while being escorted out of the restaurant.

ROYAL OAK, MI. — A 24-year man was recently arrested after allegedly breaking a window at the Tequila Blue Mexican restaurant on Main Street. The man was being escorted from the restaurant when he threw a bottle at the window, police reports said.
No injuries were reported as a result of the incident, which occurred on Nov. 18 shortly before 1 a.m. Police arrested him and charged him with malicious destruction of property.

Breaking and entering
- 805 S. Campbell Road (Fresh Approach), 11-17-17, 4:40 a.m.: Complainant reported two unknown suspects were observed, via video, tampering with the store ATM after entering the store through a smashed window. Nothing was taken and the ATM was not accessed.

- 811 E. Eleven Mile Rd. (Hotel Royal Oak), 11-17-17 – 11-18-17, 9:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.: Complainant reported an acquaintance stole cash and jewelry from her purse.
Malicious Destruction of Property
- 2000 block of Normandy Rd.,11-16-17 – 11-17-17, 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.: Complainant reported unknown suspect(s) smashed the rear window of her parked 2015 Jeep.
- 200 N. Main Street (Emagine Theater), 11-17-17 – 11-18-17, 11:30 p.m. – 2:45 a.m.: Complainant alleges a former acquaintance slashed all four tires of his parked 2014 Dodge.
- E. University Ave. & Main St., 11-17-17 – 11-18-17, 9:30 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.: Complainant reported unknown suspect(s) slashed all four tires of his parked 2014 Dodge.
