The coming work week forecast looks to continue the mostly cloudy skies that started over the weekend.
METRO DETROIT — Now this is the kind of forecast that metropolitan Detroit has been waiting for: mostly sunny. That’s what your work week weather is going to be like, at least until Thursday. While this past winter was extremely mild, let’s face it, there still wasn’t a lot of sunshine. So here’s a closer look at the coming week’s weather:
Tonight: Clear, with a low around 43. Calm wind becoming north northeast around 6 mph after midnight.
Monday: Sunny, with a high near 66. East wind 5 to 10 mph. Monday Night: Increasing clouds, with a low around 48. East southeast wind 7 to 10 mph.

Tuesday: Partly sunny, with a high near 68. South southeast wind 7 to 10 mph. Tuesday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 54.
Wednesday: Partly sunny, with a high near 76. Wednesday Night: A chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 55.
