MSP Searching For Shooting Suspects In Royal Oak Township

ROYAL OAK TWP., MI — Michigan State Police are searching for two people believed to be involved in a shooting in Royal Oak Township Wednesday morning.

Troopers from the Metro-North Post and Special Investigation Section detectives are at Baymont Inn, 11000 W. 8 Mile where, they said, one person was shot and killed while another was shot and wounded.

An undetermined number of suspects are "on foot," police said. Authorities said to expect police activity in the area of the Inn.
