OCHN releases RFP for landscaping and snow removal services.

OCHN, is requesting proposals from qualified Vendors to provide lawn care, grounds maintenance, snow removal and ice melting services, including all labor, materials, incidentals, information and means of work.

OCHN invites Bidders to submit proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP provides the requirements and evaluative criteria for Landscaping and Snow Removal Services as described in the Scope of Work section of this RFP and requests a detailed response from all prospective Bidders, including pricing and service descriptions, in the specified format. In lieu of a mandatory site visit, please view parking when your schedule allows. OCHN staff will not be available to entertain any questions directly, all questions are to be submitted in writing.
