OCHN Request for Proposal for Real Estate Broker/Firm

Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) is soliciting proposals to establish a contract with one (1) qualified and experienced real estate broker/firm to assist in marketing and leasing space in its building located at 5505 Crooks Rd., Troy, MI 48098.

Proposals shall be considered from qualified and experienced brokers/firms who, in the judgement of OCHN, are financially responsible. Through prior work performed, firms must be able to show evidence of reliability, capability, experience, and knowledgeable personnel to perform the services.

OCHN invites Bidders to submit proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP provides the requirements and evaluative criteria for a real estate broker/firm and requests a detailed response from all prospective Bidders, including pricing and descriptions, in a specified format.

To be eligible to submit a proposal, a completed Confirmation of Interest Statement must be emailed to June Lewis, Contract and Procurement Specialist, at lewisj@oaklandchn.org, for receipt by 1:00 PM Friday, January 24, 2020.
