Police ID Royal Oak Man Killed by Train
Royal Oak Police have ruled the Sept. 15 accident as a suicide.

Royal Oak police released the identity of the man who was hit by a train in an apparent suicide, the Daily Tribune reports.

Joseph Labella, 25, walked in front of an oncoming Amtrak train at about 2:20 p.m. Monday, Sept. 15, at the train tracks at the intersection with East Hudson, according to police.

CN Railroad Police helped the Royal Oak police with the investigation of the accident, according to the Daily Tribune report.
