Win Tickets to 'Hairspray' Ladies Night Out

With the popular musical ready to open Friday at in downtown Royal Oak, we want to hear from fans of the show and offer a chance to win tickets to Thursday's dress rehearsal event, Hairspray Ladies Night Out.

Not familiar with Hairspray? Here's what Stagecrafters says about it: "Hairspray has delighted audiences by sweeping them away to 1960s Baltimore, where the '50s are out – and change is in the air. Loveable plus-size heroine Tracy Turnblad has a passion for dancing and wins a spot on the local TV dance program, The Corny Collins Show. Overnight, she finds herself transformed from outsider to teen celebrity. Can a larger-than-life adolescent manage to vanquish the program's reigning princess, integrate the television show and find true love (singing and dancing all the while, of course!) without mussing her hair?"

Come in your grooviest attire as Hairspray Ladies Night Out promises to be a hair-raising good time at the Baldwin Theatre. Attendees will enjoy food, show-themed games, prizes, '60s-style makeovers and the final dress rehearsal of Hairspray. 

Tickets are $25 each. Pre-glow begins at 6:30 p.m. and a cash bar will be available. Order tickets by calling 248-541-6430.
