James L. (Jamie) Caulk

Age 27, passed away suddenly on Thursday, October 20, 2011 in Nashville, TN.

Visitation will be on Monday, October 24, 2011, from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and Tuesday, October 25, 2011, from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 P.M. at the Saline First United Methodist Church 1200 N. Ann Arbor St., Saline with Pastor Mark Caulk and Rev. Dr. James E. Tuttle, officiating. 

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Jamie Caulk Memorial Scholarship Fund at Lee University. Central Gifts Office, Lee University, P.O. Box 3450 Cleveland, TN 37320-3450. 

Please indicate that the gifts are for the Jamie Caulk Memorial Fund. Envelopes will be available at the church.
