Communities in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties figure prominently in a new listing by the real estate company Movoto of the best Detroit suburbs for young professionals.

Utica, in Macomb County, was third on the list. Movoto said 14.6 percent of residents are aged 22-29, and there are 688 amenities to keep them entertained.

Young professionals searching for the perfect home in Utica have a range of options, from modern townhomes and modest cottage style homes, to spacious craftsman style houses on large lots.
