Brownie's On The Lake Offers MSU Fans Discounts

ST. CLAIR SHORES, MI — If your college football heart belongs to the Green and White of Michigan State University, Brownie’s on the Lake will be the place to be this Saturday. The St. Clair Shores restaurant is offering half-off appetizers, and Domestic Beer Buckets or green and white jello shot trays for $10 for those wearing MSU gear.

The Spartans travel to Ann Arbor play the University of Michigan on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. MSU goes into the game at 3-1 while the Wolverines are 4-0.

Located at 24214 Jefferson Avenue, Brownie’s General Manager Zach Smith said the specials will continue throughout the football season for MSU fans. The restaurant will be open through the end of 2017 and then close for the season. Brownie’s is known for seafood, especially its lobster, but offers a full menu that features pizza, burgers, steak, ribs and chicken.

As for football Saturday, Smith wants the restaurant to be the place folks tailgate when they can’t score a ticket to the game. He said the game will be on every television screen.
