Crash Near St. Clair Shores Lands Pair In Hospital
Accident on I-94 causes serious injuries.

A three-car crash on I-94 caused serious injuries to two occupants of one of the vehicles, according to Michigan State Police. On March 2, at approximately 3:50 a.m., Michigan State Troopers from the Metro North division responded to westbound I-94 and Little Mack after three cars were involved in a crash.
Troopers say the accidents occurred after the driver of a 2003 Dodge pickup driving on westbound I-94 stopped his overheating car in the right travel lane of the highway near Little Mack Avenue. The driver of a 2003 Chevy SUV traveling in the right lane rear-ended the Dodge.
The impact of the crash pushed the Dodge into a position blocking the far left and center lanes. The driver of a 2003 Honda SUV struck the Dodge in what state police called “a T-bone fashion on the driver’s side.” The Dodge and Honda came to rest blocking the far left and center lanes. The Chevrolet came to rest blocking the right lane.
